Review text never leaves your browser.

Analysis runs entirely on your device. There is no server call to score a review.

1. What we collect

By default, nothing. All analysis happens locally in your browser.

Anonymous statistics may be collected only if you explicitly opt in:

The type of platform visited (Coupang, Naver, etc.)
The overall trust score average for that page
The number of reviews analyzed and the number flagged

These statistics contain no review text, no product names, no user identifiers, and no IP addresses.

2. Website analytics

This website records anonymous visit statistics to improve the service.

Page path, browser language, device type (mobile/desktop)
Where you came from — domain only (e.g. google.com). Full URLs, which may contain search terms, are not stored.
Country code — provided by Cloudflare. Your IP address is neither read nor stored.
Which action you took — running a check, clicking install, contributing, sharing

Not stored: IP addresses, cookies, session IDs, user identifiers,
full referrer URLs, or any review text you paste.

Individual visitors cannot be tracked or re-identified.

3. B2B audit report service

If a brand or manufacturer uses the audit report API separately, submitted review text is scored immediately and only the score is stored — the original text is not retained (identified by SHA-256 hash only). Email addresses provided for API access are used solely to provide the service.

4. What we never do

We do not use any data for ad targeting
We do not sell or share data with third parties
We do not use data to identify individual users

5. Data retention

Opt-in anonymous statistics are stored only in aggregate form for service improvement and are not linked to individual sessions. Score data from B2B audit reports is deleted immediately upon request.

6. Permissions

The browser extension requests the following permissions:

activeTab / host_permissions (Coupang, Naver Shopping) — to read reviews on the product page you are currently viewing so they can be analyzed.
storage — to briefly hold the summary of the page you just analyzed so it can be shown in the popup. Stored in your browser's local storage, expires automatically, never transmitted.
